1 & abc is not working

Dear Team,
I have installed the 3.1 version successfully. But I can't login through  the pre-defined ID & PW i.e. "1" "abc". As a trial I have run the 'install file' through command prompt but there is no result. Please support me.

did you run install.bat more than one ??
