The NGL Server itself is a Web server. You must provide Public Static IP access for your system running NGL Server

Yes you are there, just type http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8080/newgenlibctxt on your browser and it is done. Note:xx.xx.xx.xx is your Public Static IP.
