Patron photos does not showing

dear sir /madam,
when i go to edit patron id and insert photo of Patron from my desktop and click ok that show task successfully their after when i issue books to this patron that photo dose not show. previous photos are showing but recent photos doesnot showing . please help me sir

which user id sir .team viewer?? or ??

what the size of image?
what is the patron id?
what is Image name? (ex: PAT_<patron_id>.jpg)

That's the problem
Image file name doesn't accept some special characters. In that (/) also one special character.
Please replace the " / " symbol with "-" or "_" in the patron id and then try to upload again.


If you upload the image successfully then the image will store at
C:/NewGenLibFiles/PatronPhotos/LIB_1 folder (in windows)
usr/NewGenLibFiles/PatronPhotos/LIB_1 folder (in Ubuntu/Linux)

the image name will be set as PAT_<patron_id>.jpeg

example: if your patron_id is IHMRB-PGDHM-1517139 then the image name will save with the name PAT_IHMRB-PGDHM-1517139.jpeg
