Problem found in extracting installNGL3.0 (R2 U2)

Please support me. At the time of extracting the file "installNGL3.0" to C: drive I got warning notice. Attached herewith the screenshot for your reference and necessary help.

Sorry to inform you that I am facing same problem repeatedly. The link shows 180 mb size of the .zip file and stop downloading after 25 to 27 mb. So plz. check at your end and help me to work on it. Plz. send any other link from where I can download i. e. R2 U2.

1. Kindly change the mirror from where you are downloading. This may solve the problem
2. Secondly perform the download from a different machine all together
