"The Server is presently overloaded..." in MARC tags view?

pedroparkero
I keep getting "The Server is presently overloaded. Please try after some time." errors whenever I select MARC tags view in an item's record in OPAC (v.303update1). Is this a bug?

The Nightly build uploaded in Sourceforge in zip format instead of Jar file. When we extracted the zip file and putting in C:/NewGenLibFiles (or the zip file directly) after deleting web.war file available in C:/NewGenLibFiles and newgenlibctxt in C:\NGL3\apache-tomcat-6.0.32\webapps\, the ngl server did not work, because it did not find find newgenlibctxt as viualised from RunNGL3Server command line interface.

Hi,
We just checked, it is web.war
However please note that windows OS will ask you to save it as a zip file, since web.war is also a archive file.
Hence the downloaded file must have been web.war.zip
Kindly remove the .zip extension, that would leave the file as we.war

No, it was in search results, after every time I click the next page of results. But it's working alright now. Strange. Maybe it really was just overloaded.
Thanks, anyway...
