critical Error

When i try to log in 4 to 5 times it displays critical error and then i am able to sign in. Apart from this i have i want to access newgenlib from the client machine for issue and return but it takes too much time to respond and issue books. Please kindly help

The most probable problem is the mobile alerts. The mobile alerts gate way must be down.
Can you please go to C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles, Open ENV_VAR.txt file with notepad/wordpad
Change the parameter MOBILE_ALERTS=YES to MOBILE_ALERTS=NO
Save the file
Restart the NewGenLib Server
