newgenlib 3.1.1 not sending email to patrons

please help me for e mail sending. my gmail is enabled with POP3 AND IMAP.

#mail.properties file. Localtion must be in C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles directory.

in my gmail account pop3 and imap is enabled.please help
