in NGLClient
goto Administration
then click on Configure System
in that you can find Patron at left side of the window

In that patron you have new,search,.... options

double click on search

just search the patron in that searchbox

after that select the patron id, and click on F button
this button used for update patronid.

It has 2 boxes,
first one for present patronid
2nd one for new patronid

just enter new patron id in 2nd box.
then click on ok

the book issue when the enter the Patron id the display that the patron was hold how it is solved

in NGLClient goto


Administration -> Configure System ->Patron->search


Search the patronId which was put on hold.

Case 1)

Check the membership status.

If membership expired. Extend the membership expiry date then save.

or else

Case 2)

If the patron has crossed fine limit, then also the id will put on hold.

for that, collect all fine amount, then fallow the procedure.

1)search the patron then select that patron
2)click on Activate/Deactivate Live Patrons
then fallow the step by step procedure shown in below image.
