dear sir i am try to re install newgenlib but when i click on postgresql i get a message" THIS PACKAGE COULD NOT BE OPENED VERIFY THAT THE PACKAGE EXISTS OR CONTACT THE VENDOR "Wherehas i have all the files i dont know why this message is coming could u tell the reason so that i will try to find a solution sir do the needful.

I don't know the exact problem but you could try following:
Uninstall the PostgreSQL from system completely and then restart the computer and try installing again.
If still it gives the error, installation file also may be corrupted. You could download once again and then try.
still if does not work, try on another system.
