unable to launch librarians interface

Dear friends,

In installation process at the  last step i could not succeed because Librarian interface is not launching. after typing at http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt/LaunchApplication  

it displays "Unable to launch interface"  it shows client.jar is not installed.  what is the problem.  I did fresh installation.  from the verus site.
