Good Morning Sir,

I Uploaded Screen Shots under administration -> configure system
under configure system screen all the options are freezed so that i can't change anything in this screen like circulation privilege matrix, patron, Accession Series, Department, General Setup parametres and patron category etc.

kindly tell me how to active all the freezed options in the configure system screen
